How do I cancel an order for a digital Gift Card?

If your digital Gift Card has not yet been delivered because you have selected a future delivery date, you can cancel by contacting customer services team on 0371 200 1254. If the digital Gift Card has already been delivered, your purchase cannot be cancelled.

What will appear on my card statement?

VEX digital Gift Cards orders are processed by Voucher Express. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as 'Voucher Express'.

Can I buy a digital Gift Card and have it sent to myself?

Yes, you can. Many customers choose to have the digital Gift Card sent to themselves so they can print it off and present it as a gift. All you need to do is select the 'To myself' delivery option and input your address in the email field during checkout.

What do I do if I want to place an order for digital Gift Cards over the value of £500?

What does my recipient receive?

On your specified delivery date, your recipient will receive an email containing your gift message and a link to download their digital Gift Card. They will need to correctly confirm their email address to download it. Once, they have confirmed their email address, they will be presented with the eGift Card online and they will also be sent another email with PDF of the gift attached which they can print off.

What is the validity period of my VEX digital Gift Card?

VEX digital Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Will the digital Gift Card be ready to spend straight away?

Yes, once you or your recipient collect the digital Gift Card, it will be ready to use straight away!

Please note that all orders are security checked for your protection. Most orders are passed through without any delay, however on occasion we may need to check your order in more detail. This can take up to 12 hours and you or your recipient will not be able to collect the digital Gift Card until this is completed.



How do I know that my recipient has actually received their digital Gift Card?
