Delivery of VEX Gift Cards

1. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
    
2. Although most deliveries arrive on the next working day, on First Class Delivery please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
    
3. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates on weekends, Bank Holidays or to International addresses.
    
4. Orders over £100 will require a signature. If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, a calling card will be left with instructions to either collect from the local depot or call the courier to arrange a re-delivery.
    
5. Due to the high volume of orders at Christmas, we advise customers to order early for pre-Christmas delivery. A limited delivery service will be in operation in the week immediately after Christmas.
    
6. We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries but will use other services where appropriate. Delivery charges vary according the value ordered as specified below.

7. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number. If you have a query, please call 0371 200 1254 or email at info@vexgiftcards.com. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am to 12:30pm. Please have your order number to hand.
